I think I was venting when I wrote this Now that I’m done destroying this book, I do have to admit that despite this large laundry list of problems with the plot, characters, dialogue, etc A place that is both civilized and savage.
Lara is not sold to the Houses but given to a trader for transport to the coastal lands for sale as a Pleasure slave. No obvious damage to the cover, with the dust jacket if applicable included for hard covers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write it! From the City that is the very center of Hetar, Lara, the beautiful half-faerie daughter of John Swiftsword, ventures forth on a journey that will take her into the heart of darkness and the depths of desire, as she learns the true meaning of love that will last an eternity — a love that will change the destiny of Hetar forever. She repeats herself way too much and one term that was used way too often larx manroot.
And even with power skimming I had to stop half way thru, I realized I just didn’t care about the charaters at all. Any international shipping and import charges are paid in part to Pitney Bowes Inc. It was easy to read and their were parts that I enjoyed but Lara was not really a likeable character.

Lara just kept telling everyone her story and it came off boastful and repetitive. Unfortunately, the bad outweighed the good in this novel. Lara is a half-faerie girl who’s own father sells her into slavery yet she is completely fine with I have mixed feelings about this book. All the hints that Lara’s destiny was about saving all the kingdoms or uniting them together, and it comes down to this ending?! Get to Know Us.
As a side comment – how many “d’oh! This novel is in no way shape or form historical fiction. Beauty and the Werewolf.
